1. How do i Bookmark the profile?

2. How do I remove Bookmarked profiles?

Go to 'My Bookmarks' section and click on the Hyperlink of the Delete. It Will be Deleted.

3. What is 'Bookmarked By' section?

If somebody Bookmarks your profile, they are listed in the 'Bookmarked By' section.

4. I Bookmarked a profile but I don't see it anymore.

If the Profile you bookmarked is deleted, you will not see it in your bookmarks section anymore.

5. How do I request contact details of other members?

Click on the Profile link of the member and then click the 'Email Me This Profile' Button.

6. Who receives the Email Messages I send using the 'Email Me This Profile?

Your profile and picture will be attached to your message and sent to the other member who's profile you chose.

7. I Received marketing/offensive/abusive messages from other members?

Members are responsible for their email conduct. However, if you have received any offensive / abusive email from another member please send the message to us and we will delete the sender's profile.

8. How do I respond to the Email Messages I receive?

Please use the contact email address in the members' profile. You can also login and reply from the My Contact list.

9. I am a FREE Member. Can I send any email messages to 0ther members?

If you are registered as a FREE member you cannot send Email Messages to other Members.

10. I received an email but I cannot view the other members profile with the link provided?

The member profile might have been deleted after you received the email.

11. Do I need to brief my profile in the EMAIL messages I send to other members using your website?

No need to brief your profile because your profile and picture (if uploaded) are automatically attached to the email message.

12. How do I receive Contact Details of a member to whom I am sending and Email?

As a sender of the email message you will receive the profile and picture of the member you are sending an email.

13. I am a Guy and I receive email from other Guys?

This may occur due to the incorrect selection in the Bride or Groom fields. Bride is Female. Groom is Male. Please update your profile with the correct values if necessary.

14. How do I contact other members?

You can contact other members using Email Me this Profile button or the Send Me this Profile Button. You should be a paid member to use this feature.

15. I cannot contact a member that I'm interested in?

You have to login to your account to contact other members.

16. Why am I not getting responses to my profile when I contact other members using 'Email Me this profile' or 'Send Me this Profile' button?

There could be several reasons why you are not receiving responses from members that you contacted. It is possible that the member may have not checked their email or your Profile does not match the other member's specified requirements.

17. How can I contact Saptapadi.net?

Click on info@saptapandi.net link in the 'Contact Us' page.

18. I am a Paid member in India, how do I send them an Email?

You have to login to your account to contact other members.

19. How do i update my profile?

You can update your profile by clicking on ' My Profile' in the My Services page. You have to login.

20. How do i delete my profile?

You can delete your profile by clicking on Delete Profile in the My Services page after you login. You have to login to your account to delete your profile.

21. I Forgot My User id/Password. How do i retrieve it online?

Click the ' Forgot Password ' link and enter the Email Address registered. Userid and Password if found will be emailed immediately.

22. How do i restrict other members from viewing my profile?

Click on Hide My profile Button to restrict your profile access to other members. You will also not receive any email messages from other Members.

23. Can I hide my profile so that it need not be viewable to other members?

YES. Login to your account. Then click 'Manage My Profile' and then 'Hide Profile' . Only paid members can use this feature.

24. I have uploaded my photo but I cannot see it?

We review every picture uploaded for quality and decency prior to activating it. This process usually takes 24 hours. If you are unable to view your picture after 24 hours means we did not activate it since it did not meet our criteria. We encourage you to upload another photo using the Upload Photo in the Services Pages.

25. What picture formats are accepted?

Only JPG or GIF format is accepted.

26. How do i Upload my Photo?

Click Edit on 'My Photo' in the My Profiles page. You can upload a photo only if you have a profile registered with us. We will activate your photo within 24 hours after we review it. If you experience any Difficulty in uploading your photo please send it to us through email at info@saptapadi.net with your Profile ID then we will upload it for you.

27. What is the maximum size of a picture?

Maximum Size picture we accept is 80 Kilobytes.

28. How do i overwrite an existing photo?

Upload a new photo and the existing photo will be overwritten.

We respect your privacy. DO NOT sell or rent or provide individually identifiable information about you to any other third party companies.

31. What individually identifiable informations is logged on your server?

All email messages sent using our website Saptapadi.net are logged on the server. These messages are deleted every week.

32. who do I contact if I have questions about the privacy policy?
